Ingredients
1 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers
10 Peeps Marshmallows
20 graham cracker halves (10 whole crackers)
pastel sprinkles, for decorating
Directions
  1. Melt the white chocolate according to package directions. Partially dip half of each graham cracker half into the chocolate. Add sprinkles to the dipped portion immediately. Place on parchment paper to let the chocolate harden.
  2. Place an undipped graham cracker half on a microwave-safe plate, and set one of the marshmallows on top. Microwave for 10 to 20 seconds until the marshmallow is soft and slightly melted. Place the decorated graham cracker half on top, and press down. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
